Endor Health is a next pharmacy and virtual care app. We are on a mission to modernize the way that 6 million Canadians with diabetes access drugs, devices, care, funding and support. • Prescription Processing: Receive and process prescription orders, measure and count medications, prepare labels, and enter patient information into the system.
• Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, receive and check new inventory, and remove expired or recalled medications.
• Customer Service: Provide A+ level customer service via in-app chat and phone, helping them to onboard, use and succeed with the Endor Health app
• Logistics: Help prepare orders for shipment and oversee logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered consistently and on time
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow safety protocols for handling medications.

• You excel working with multiple software platforms to deliver online care
• You have strong attention to detail
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to get things done
• You are excited by the idea of getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing organization
• Adaptability to changing work environments and the unique needs of our pharmacy and partners

• Must be able to work in-person at our Surrey pharmacy location
• Must have valid authorization to work in British Columbia, Canada

• Starting at $20 per Hour. Competitive pay with potential for higher rates based on your experience and qualifications.
