Position: Fraser Health Medical Lead for Addiction Services

In this responsible position, you will work under the Medical Director, ensuring that addiction services meet the highest standards of care. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting evidence-informed practices in patient treatment while fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals. The role also involves participation in regional health committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead addiction medicine services in withdrawal management

• Oversee quality assurance and monitoring programs

• Develop improvement strategies in collaboration with leadership

• Maintain communication with operational leaders and physicians

• Promote wellness and a respectful workplace culture

Requirements:

• Must hold current CPSBC license and CMPA coverage

• CCFP or FRCPC credentials required

• Active member of the Mental Health and Substance Use Program

• Dedication to continual professional growth
