Position: Full-Time Clinical Educator - Occupational Therapy
Lead the education of Occupational Therapy staff at Fraser Health's Surrey Memorial Hospital as a Clinical Educator. This full-time position emphasizes clinical excellence and innovative teaching.

Fraser Health seeks a dedicated Clinical Educator to enhance the skills of Occupational Therapists and support patient care within acute settings. Responsibilities will involve developing educational programs, clinical resource guidance, and managing a patient caseload while ensuring compliance with health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify learning objectives for Occupational Therapy staff

• Create and deliver evidence-based training programs

• Lead educational activities and mentoring sessions

• Manage complex patient referrals and treatments

• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Three years in acute care with teaching experience

• Expertise in occupational therapy theories and practices

• Strong ability to mentor and teach staff

• Capability to handle challenging clinical situations
