Position: South Asian Health Institute Leader Role
Fraser Health seeks a dedicated Leader for the South Asian Health Institute based in Surrey, BC. This full-time role focuses on enhancing health outcomes through effective collaboration.
As a key player, you will partner with Population and Public Health leadership to incorporate South Asian health needs into care delivery and program structures. You will be responsible for guiding program development while maintaining high-quality services through staff supervision and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee health service planning for the South Asian population

• Ensure health needs are prioritized in program development

• Create South Asian-focused service delivery frameworks

• Evaluate programs and monitor operational budgets

• Nurture a supportive environment for staff development
Requirements:

• Master’s degree related to health management

• At least seven years in a complex healthcare setting

• Proven experience in community engagement

• Strong understanding of health determinants

• Ability to lead organizational change efforts
