Key Responsibilities:

• Help coordinate and implement personalized service activities

• Provide direct supervision and support during community interactions

• Build relationships with participants’ families and caregivers

• Document all service interactions accurately

Requirements:

• Degree in social sciences or related field

• Minimum one year of relevant professional experience

• Strong management and communication skills

• Familiarity with individualized care approaches

• Driver’s License and Basic First Aid certification required
