Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing therapeutic plans, mentoring pharmacy students, and participating in quality improvement initiatives while ensuring medication safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized medication counseling to patients

• Collaborate on therapeutic plans with healthcare providers

• Mentor pharmacy students and new staff

• Prepare case studies for professional publication

• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical trials

Requirements:

• Current registration as a BC Pharmacist

• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency

• Solid understanding of clinical pharmacy practices

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Strong communication and organizational skills
