We are searching for an experienced Band 6 clinician to enhance our specialist Neuro Rehabilitation Service. You will deliver targeted assessment and rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, you will help patients achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist therapy to adults referred for neuro rehabilitation

• Conduct comprehensive, multi-disciplinary assessments

• Deliver diagnoses of communication and swallowing impairments

• Develop personalized therapy programmes with clear goals

• Collaborate in holistic patient care with the team

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy

• HCPC registration and RCSLT membership eligibility

• Experience in adult neuro rehabilitation services

• Strong clinical reasoning and care planning skills

• Excellent communication with a patient-centered focus
