Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical and cognitive capabilities and needs

• Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies

• Educate patients and caregivers in self-management techniques

• Engage in collaborative care planning with multidisciplinary teams

• Assess and document ongoing effectiveness of interventions

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Knowledgeable in clinical occupational therapy guidelines

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Physical capability to perform essential job functions
