Position: Supervisor for Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy
Take charge of rehabilitation services as a Clinical Supervisor in Occupational Therapy. This vital role focuses on staff management, clinical guidance, and practice development.

You will supervise occupational therapy staff, facilitate training initiatives, and uphold clinical standards. Work collaboratively to create and review policies, manage budgets, and engage in quality assurance projects. This position also includes overseeing equipment and providing hands-on clinical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staff supervision

• Develop standard practice guidelines and manuals

• Monitor budgets and recommend adjustments

• Facilitate equipment inventory and upgrades

• Coordinate student learning activities and evaluations

Requirements:

• Full registration with the Health Professionals College

• Three years of relevant occupational therapy experience

• One year of supervisory experience required

• Strong knowledge of practice standards and procedures

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
