Key Responsibilities:
• Implement exercise and mobilization programs for residents
• Report observations to therapists and other staff
• Maintain and clean therapy equipment and supplies
• Support volunteers with program information
• Participate in departmental meetings and service quality activities
Requirements:
• Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant program or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical capability to perform job duties
• Ability to organize work tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in operating related therapeutic equipment
