In this casual role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to promoting patient safety and quality care. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities and following established care plans, while traveling between various locations. A valid driver’s license is essential for transportation requirements to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities and tasks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team
• Ensure compliance with care plans and safety standards
• Travel frequently to various care sites
Requirements:
• Certificate in Home Support/Resident Care
• Valid BC Driver's License is mandatory
• Current registration with relevant care worker registry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
