Your lived experiences will inform your supportive interactions, empowering residents in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer peer-based support as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Share personal recovery experiences to foster motivation

• Assist residents in building skills and achieving goals

• Provide emotional support and monitor client safety

• Document client progress and related statistics

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1 year experience with recovery or mental health

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license

• Clear criminal record check required
