• Administer bedside and personal care to clients
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
• Encourage regular exercise, such as walking
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Plan therapeutic diets and menus
• Provide companionship
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals

• Education:
  
  Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
• Experience:
  
  1 year to less than 2 years (elderly care)
• Certificates: CPR, First Aid, Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Other requirements:
  Criminal record check, valid driver’s licence check
• Physical:
  Between 45 and 60 kg (100‑132 lbs)
• Personal suitability:
  Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability

• Work at client’s home (no remote work)
