Clinical Psychologist

Position: Clinical Psychologist at Fraser Health
Fraser Health is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services in Mental Health and Substance Use Services. Help clients navigate their recovery journeys through tailored assessments and treatments.

You will report to the Manager of Clinical Services and oversee psychological services for Adult Community Support Services. This involves collaboration with healthcare teams, conducting detailed assessments, developing effective interventions, and maintaining communication with referral sources for holistic client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of psychological assessments and treatments

• Develop intervention plans to address mental health challenges

• Lead consultations and coordinate multidisciplinary service interventions

• Maintain professional liaison with physicians regarding clients’ care

• Engage in program evaluation and clinical research activities

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution

• At least five years of relevant experience in psycho-diagnostic assessment

• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Expertise in psychological treatment modalities

• Demonstrated capability in team collaboration and communication
