Join the Surrey Early Speech and Language Program as a Behavioural Interventionist, focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through personalized support.

As a full-time Behavioural Interventionist, you will report to the Behavioural Consultant and work directly with children facing communication challenges and significant behavioral issues. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored programs for children, collaborating with families, and maintaining ongoing documentation.
Your role is vital in promoting each child's growth in various environments, including homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families
• Provide behavioral education and support
• Prepare individualized client programs
• Collect and manage client progress data
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or post-secondary training in Human Services
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Training in Applied Behavioural Analysis
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
