Dry Eye Care Technician at FYidoctors

Become an integral part of FYidoctors South Surrey – Sunnyside as a Dry Eye Care Technician. This role focuses on patient service and teamwork in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Working on a fixed-term basis until September 2027, you'll engage with a team of optometrists to deliver specialized treatments for dry eye and low vision. The position offers 30–40 hours per week and emphasizes excellent customer experiences through diagnostics and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests to assess dry eye conditions

• Collect patient histories related to ocular issues

• Educate patients on effective management plans

• Utilize Eye Light technology for IPL therapy

• Assist optometrists with diagnostic and treatment protocols

Requirements:

• Skill in managing multiple tasks efficiently
