As a Mental Health Clinician/Behavioural Consultant, you will be directly involved in case management and evidence-based counseling for clients facing psychiatric disorders and developmental disabilities. With a master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years’ experience, you will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and lead group therapies. Your expertise will significantly impact client care, emphasizing quality evaluations and community education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional assessments and behavioral observations
• Provide individual and group counselling services
• Collaborate on psychiatric assessments and case reviews
• Maintain client files and progress reports
• Educate community members about client needs
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Clinical Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Two years of direct behavioral therapy experience
• Eligible for professional registration
• Valid Class V B.C. Driver's Licence
• Proven skills in assessment and program development
