In this role, you will closely work with a registered sleep technologist to master sleep lab standards and practices. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care, conducting sleep studies, and ensuring compliance with protocols for Home Sleep Apnea Testing. You will also be responsible for equipment calibration, safety monitoring, and detailed patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze patient information effectively
• Collaborate with physicians to set testing parameters
• Educate patients about Home Sleep Apnea Testing
• Monitor patient safety and compliance during testing
• Maintain equipment and adhere to cleaning protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED with patient care experience
• Completion of a sleep credential program preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Kind and empathetic attitude towards patients
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning
