As part of the Pharmacy team at Loblaw, you will report to the Pharmacy Manager and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. You’ll prepare, dispense, and counsel patients regarding medications while ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet their needs. Your engagement in public relations will help create awareness and enhance customer education in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately to patients

• Maintain adequate inventory levels of medications

• Provide counseling on medications to patients

• Organize public relations events for health education

• Resolve patient and doctor issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A License required

• Strong customer relations and professionalism

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Problem-solving skills and experience with action plans

• Familiarity with Healthwatch and KROLL systems beneficial
