Make a difference in mental health with Fraser Health as a Child & Adolescent Clinician. Engage in assessments, treatment, and coordination in a dynamic outpatient setting.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll focus on trauma-informed practices, mental health education, and community resource connections. Your contributions are essential in fostering a culturally safe environment for clients and families across the Fraser Health regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed mental health and psycho-social assessments
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions
• Provide consultative services to community resources
• Document clinical records and support service evaluation
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
• Two years of clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health
• Registration eligibility with a relevant professional association
• Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle insurance
• Knowledge of cultural safety and trauma-informed practices
