Compassionate Guest Attendant Position

Join the Amenida community as a Guest Attendant with Prima Living in Pembroke, ON. Deliver compassionate care while fostering connections and comfort for senior residents.

This ongoing, part-time role reports to the Health and Wellness Manager. You'll engage directly with residents, ensuring their daily needs are met and medications are administered safely. The position demands working across shifts, including nights and weekends, to support daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer resident call bells and assist with daily activities

• Track medication administration and ensure documentation accuracy

• Conduct regular wellness checks and report changes

• Assist in dining services and ensure resident comfort

• Maintain a tidy and safe environment at all times

Requirements:

• Background in Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field preferred

• 1–2 years’ experience in a caring role

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts
