Reporting to the Manager of Occupational Health and Safety, you will support KPU’s safety initiatives. Ideal candidates have a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and at least three years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing regulations, delivering safety training, and conducting risk assessments to promote organizational health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement KPU's Occupational Health and Safety Program
• Conduct risk and hazard assessments across campuses
• Plan and deliver effective safety training to staff
• Analyze and interpret health and safety legislation
• Perform incident investigations and workplace inspections
Requirements:
• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum of three years in health and safety roles
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between KPU campuses
Contribute to a safer educational environment at KPU through your expertise in occupational health and safety.
