Join Life Labs as a Microbiology Lab Technologist in Etobicoke, Ontario.

This role offers you the opportunity to perform diagnostic testing and ensure patient accuracy while working part time.

As a permanent, regular part time Medical Lab Technologist, you will conduct a variety of diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately. Your contributions will ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, making a meaningful impact on health outcomes. With support from the Medical Science team, you’ll be engaged in continuous professional development and innovation within the lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing

• Prepare and process samples ensuring accurate documentation

• Perform, interpret, and release test results confidentially

• Identify incidents, develop corrective action plans for improvements

• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technology

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Science

• CMLTO registered and in good standing

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in MS Office and laboratory analyzers
