Health and Wellness Manager at Prima Living

This full-time, onsite role reports to the General Manager and is fundamental in enhancing resident health experiences. You will create and maintain Personal Service Plans, manage incidents, and lead training initiatives for staff. The position demands strong interpersonal skills and regulatory compliance to ensure optimal care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain individualized Personal Service Plans (PSPs)

• Coordinate hospital discharges ensuring safe transitions

• Communicate effectively with residents and families

• Design wellness programs based on resident needs

• Prepare reports for leadership on compliance and care performance

Requirements:

• LPN License in British Columbia

• Minimum 3 years in assisted living or seniors care

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems

• Professional fluency in Korean and English (Asset)

• Strong experience with regulatory compliance
