Clinical Dietitian for Renal Program

This role reports clinically to the Dietitian Practice Leader and emphasizes client assessment, creating multiparameter renal diets, and monitoring adherence. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients experiencing chronic renal disease while contributing substantively to their nutritional management over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and assess client nutritional status effectively
• Develop and implement renal diet care plans
• Monitor and evaluate dietary adherence and response
• Participate in interdisciplinary medical rounds
• Educate clients and families on dietary needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and dietetic internship
• Two years clinical experience in acute care settings
• Current registration with health authorities
• Strong background in nutritional sciences and renal therapy
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
