At Back in Motion, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, offering individualized exercise and stretching programs for our clients. Your expertise in return-to-work coordination and functional assessments will be pivotal in improving clients’ overall quality of life. Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule without evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through exercise and stretching programs

• Perform functional assessments and client interviews

• Conduct job site visits to develop RTW plans

• Lead group exercise and mobility circuits

• Deliver educational sessions on health and recovery

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as a Kinesiologist

• 6 months experience in return-to-work rehabilitation

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or equivalent

• Active membership with BCAK

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
