Western Community College is seeking an experienced Medical Lab Assistant Instructor for its new program. Candidates should possess over ten years of lab experience or over two years of teaching in the field. You'll develop curriculum based on BCSLS competencies and actively contribute to the academic progress of students through constructive feedback and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop curriculum aligned with BCSLS competencies

• Deliver engaging learning experiences for students

• Evaluate and support student academic progress

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Lab Assistant with 10+ years' experience

• Teaching experience over 2 years in medical lab

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist for lab

• Availability for fixed-term contract September to January

• In-person work Monday to Friday evenings
