Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality and performance management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and legislation
• Foster community partnerships in mental health
• Promote analytic training and tools in the organization
• Direct annual quality improvement plans with efficacy
Requirements:
• Master’s in a related field
• 5 years’ experience in quality improvement
• 8-10 years of senior-level leadership
• Proven project management expertise
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
