Part Time Clinical Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

• Individualize patient medication therapy and counsel patients

• Mentor pharmacy students and new staff

Requirements:

• Current Pharmacist registration with the College of Pharmacists of BC

• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program

• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices

• Effective communication skills in patient counseling

• Physical ability to perform job-related duties
