Contract Relief Pharmacist in Northern

The North West Company seeks licensed pharmacists for term assignments in Northern Canada. Applicants should ideally hold a valid Manitoba pharmacy license, though licenses from other provinces are also welcomed. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate prescription filling, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to serve under-served communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with Provincial Pharmaceutical Regulations

• Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently

• Provide Patient Care Services and excellent customer service

• Educate patients on medication usage and effects

• Maintain patient medication profiles and storage

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

• Licensed by relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists

• Experience with Pharmacy Software Programs, including Kroll

• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
