You will report to the CAO in this pivotal role focused on managing health and social service programs for Taku River Tlingit citizens. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate comprehensive health service plans

• Ensure culturally reflective management of departmental operations

• Monitor financial performance of health programs

• Create strategic partnerships in the community

• Facilitate open communication with citizens and volunteers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field

• Proven track record in management of health services

• Understanding of First Nations governance and health policies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Travel willingness and background check compliance
