In this full-time, permanent position, you will work closely with the geriatric population, developing personalized exercise plans that support their functional goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals including physiotherapists and massage therapists, while gaining insights from their experiences. Drive your own work schedule and enjoy administrative support to enhance your focus on client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create tailored rehabilitation programs for geriatric clients
• Work with a Physiotherapist to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide in-home exercise sessions for personalized care
• Foster connections with clients across two facilities
• Ensure consistent client support within the community
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology mandatory
• Approved member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists
• At least 1 year of practical kinesiology experience
• BC driver’s license essential for travel
• Background in physical rehabilitation preferred
