You will be responsible for community programming and supervising assistants while enriching residents’ lifestyles. You’ll bring creativity and enthusiasm to develop innovative activities, ensuring a supportive environment for all community members. Leadership and communication are key in this fulfilling role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging wellness and lifestyle activities
• Lead and supervise Life Enrichment Assistants
• Coordinate volunteer contributions to community programs
• Modify programs for varying cognitive and physical needs
• Maintain positive public relations with residents and families
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field
• Experience in senior programming settings
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with community resources is a plus
