Fraser Health is hiring a Casual Social Worker to provide essential services in the Timber Creek mental health program. This role emphasizes crisis counselling, case management, and multitasking in a collaborative environment. Your contributions will ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families, as well as engage in program evaluation and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic counselling and community support

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective service delivery

• Conduct in-services and support groups

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions

Requirements:

• MSW from an accredited institution

• Minimum two years' mental health experience

• Active registration with the BC College of Social Workers

• Class 5 BC driver's license required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
