The Unregulated Care Provider role at Cogir requires a compassionate individual who can adhere to care plans and regulatory guidelines. You will report to the Health and Wellness Manager and work with a team to ensure safe, effective care for each resident. Emphasizing personal connections, your role is crucial in daily support and documentation of resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical teams for resident transfers

• Document all aspects of resident care accurately

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with mobility

• Observe and act on changes in residents’ conditions

• Advocate for resident safety and well-being

Requirements:

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker or similar program

• Proven experience in senior care settings

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Current First Aid and Basic Life Support certifications

• Ability to undergo Vulnerable Sector Screening
