In this essential role, you'll be joining a supportive team dedicated to improving patient experiences across the community. Candidates must have completed a recognized Personal Support Worker program, with previous experience being an asset. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Foster cooperative teamwork in care delivery

• Contribute to a violence-free workplace
• Implement care plans as directed
Requirements:
• Certification from a recognized PSW program
• Experience in complex care is preferred
• Commitment to resident dignity and safety
• Ability to follow established protocols
• Fully vaccinated as per MRHA policies
