At Fraser Health Authority, you will significantly contribute to pharmaceutical services at Surrey Memorial, and Langley Memorial Hospital as needed. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing therapeutic plans, mentoring pharmacy students, and participating in quality improvement initiatives while ensuring medication safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized medication counseling to patients
• Collaborate on therapeutic plans with healthcare providers
• Mentor pharmacy students and new staff
• Prepare case studies for professional publication
• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical trials
Requirements:
• Current registration as a BC Pharmacist
• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency
• Solid understanding of clinical pharmacy practices
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
