This role involves conducting thorough assessments and implementing targeted treatment for preschool clients. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and provide educational support to families. Commitment to professional development and participation in research activities are essential components of this job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and follow-ups for clients
• Develop and document customized treatment programs
• Keep detailed client records and reports
• Notify the team of significant client changes
• Mentor and guide Speech Language Assistants
Requirements:
• Approved degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Minimum of 1 year recent clinical practice
• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Class 5 BC Driver's License required
• Strong ability to communicate and build relationships
