We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Informatics Lead, MEDITECH Expanse to join our MEDITECH User Access Provisioning team at Central City Tower located in Surrey, BC. This role supports Digital Patient and Provider Experience portfolio within Fraser Health.

Your expertise in clinical applications and system integration, proven ability to lead complex multi-system projects, advanced business analysis skills, and talent for engaging both technical and clinical stakeholders will ensure your success in this Informatics Lead role.

We are seeking a highly motivated Informatics Lead to support the Meditech expansion across Fraser Health. In this role, you’ll draw on your expertise in clinical applications, system integration (e.g. HL7 interfaces), and multi-system project management while collaborating closely with clinical and technical stakeholders.

You will support a dynamic portfolio that supports the user access provisioning within MEDITECH, and play a key role in coordinating cross-functional discussions, aligning technical changes with clinical workflows, and supporting the smooth expansion of Meditech Expanse across Fraser Health sites. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in user provisioning, workflow analysis, testing coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement in a complex environment.

• Lead initiatives that support the process improvements and changes for user access provisioning
• Partner with the Interoperability team, application specialists, and clinical and technical stakeholders to assess and manage impacts of system changes.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, bridging the gap between clinical needs and technical solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities across multiple systems and teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Apply sophisticated business analysis skills to assess workflows, identify integration impacts, and recommend effective solutions.
• Lead projects involving multiple integrated systems, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Support organizational readiness for Meditech expansion through documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with User Access Provisioning in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Experience with health access governance, governance frameworks and role-based access control
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience in working with healthcare providers and understanding healthcare workflows
