The In-Home ABA Team seeks a dedicated ABA Therapist to work with children aged 1-18 facing developmental and sensory-related concerns. You will provide individualized sessions and parent training, fostering communication and emotional regulation. Your expertise will help clients navigate behavioral challenges, ensuring supportive and nurturing care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized sessions focusing on behavioral skills
• Provide parent training and education for families
• Implement and modify ABA programs as needed
• Monitor and collect progress data regularly
• Conduct functional assessments to determine needs
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in behavioral sciences or psychology
• Two years' experience with children/youth in ABA settings
• Strong knowledge of child development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass a Police Records Check for Vulnerable Sector
