This role offers an incredible opportunity to work with the In-Home ABA Team, assisting youth aged 1-18 facing developmental issues. You'll provide behavioral programs, parent education, and adjust practices according to client progress. Collaborating under the supervision of experienced clinicians, transform lives through comprehensive and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement unique ABA sessions for children
• Conduct training and support programs for parents
• Monitor and evaluate client progress continuously
• Perform functional assessments to gauge service needs
• Document and adhere to agency record-keeping requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum college diploma or university degree in relevant field
• Two years of experience in ABA or related settings
• Knowledgeable in child developmental milestones
• Strong communication and modeling skills
• Police Records Check compliant for vulnerable persons
