In this role at Surrey Memorial Hospital, you will perform psychosocial assessments and deliver therapeutic services for various clinical needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive assessments with patients and families
• Deliver grief and crisis counseling services
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for care solutions
• Ensure accurate documentation of clinical progress
• Facilitate coordination of community resources and referrals
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work required
• One year experience in acute care setting
• Current registration with BC College of Social Workers
• Strong knowledge of counseling practices
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in complex settings
