The salary range for this position is CAD $35.36 - $50.83 / hour

Job Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a  Relief Full-Time Surgical Supply Chain Coordinator/Analyst to support the Surgical Services - Operating Room team at Surrey Memorial Hospital located in Surrey, B.C.  This position is available until March 2027, or until return of incumbent.
In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, coordination and conduct of audits related to Supply Chain and System effectiveness within the Surgical Network across Fraser Health while collaborating with the Surgical Director, OR Managers, front line staff and BCCSS.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Oversee and supervise supply analysts and/or DPC clerks, as appropriate/required, including the coordination and evaluation of staff training and orientation.
Analyze and evaluate findings, develop recommendations on system and process improvements to ensure data quality and compliance with MOH standards/requirements.
Provide information related to data quality and operational requirements to user departments and related areas.
Provide support and assistance in the development and implementation of Supply Chain & Scheduling standards, policies and processes, including the coordination of Change Management processes.
Conduct and implement projects as assigned.

Demonstrated ability to supervise
Knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory
Ability to evaluate staff, educational requirements and to conduct training and orientation sessions
Knowledge of Meditech Magic with ability to audit/analyze processes.
Ability to operate related equipment including applicable software applications
