Client Partner, Psychological Health & Safety
The salary range for this position is CAD $46.37 - $66.66 / hour
Job SummaryFraser Health is seeking a collaborative and systems-oriented Psychological Health & Safety Client Partner to help pioneer the future of psychological health and safety programming across British Columbia’s health system. This unique hybrid role combines internal PHS consultation/education with provincial program and process development, implementation, and knowledge mobilization. The successful candidate will translate evidence, standards, and diverse partner perspectives into practical frameworks, tools, learning resources, and implementation supports.
They will facilitate complex cross-organizational initiatives, build trusted relationships with health authorities and provincial partners, and advance work related to psychosocial hazard assessment, management, leadership capability, worker engagement, measurement, and system readiness. We are looking for a strategic thinker and skilled facilitator who can navigate ambiguity, create alignment, and move ideas into action while applying culturally safe, equitable, accessible, and trauma- and violence-informed approaches.
Health care experience and a strong innovative experiences in psychological health and safety, organizational development, change leadership, and/or program implementation are highly valued.

Detailed Overview Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families:Acts as an internal consulting resource for health & safety processes, strategies, decision-making and projects that are directed at fostering a culture of psychological health and safety (PHS) in the workplace. Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives designed to strengthen health, resilience, and well-being at individual, team, leader and organizational levels. Provides consulting services to support the goals and objectives of senior leadership with interventions such as change initiatives, strategy planning facilitation, process re-design, team building, education and training, consulting and coaching, culture and respectful workplace development issues.
Provides support to the organization and specific functional areas in recognizing current patterns across the system and partnering to develop and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. This work is framed within Fraser Health commitments to Indigenous cultural safety, anti-racism, and equity, diversity, and inclusion.
