Mental Health Intake Specialist; Temp
Dialogue Technologies Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Intake Agent for a temporary, 6-month contract in Canada.
You will act as the clinical first point of contact for members requesting access to mental health services, performing brief video or phone consultations to assess needs and guide them to the right professional. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Services, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, documenting notes and outcomes, and helping to create a positive intake
