Human Resources Supervisor

- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals
- Direct staff
- Evaluate daily operations
- Motivate staff
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate HR policies and programs
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Train staff
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Manage contracts
- Manage training and development strategies
- Oversee employee data analysis
- Research employee benefits and health & safety practices and recommend changes
