Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making—collaborating with senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional HR teams to shape the future of compensation at Fortis
BC.
You’ll be the go-to expert for job evaluation, job design, and salary administration, driving innovative solutions that attract and retain top talent. Within Fortis

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
