Freedom Session Leadership Administrator

Manage the Freedom Session and Authentic Living framework, focusing on facilitator and participant experience. Collaborate with core leadership to ensure program alignment and success.
This role requires overseeing all aspects of the Freedom Session cycle and providing essential support to both participants and facilitators. You'll coordinate recruitment, promote sessions, and manage training initiatives effectively. The goal is to create environments where transformation and growth can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Select and engage Directors and Facilitators aligned with values
Promote sessions through newsletters and announcements
Manage participant applications and communications
Organize facilitator training and ongoing support
Ensure proper administration of program processes
Requirements:
Must be aligned with Village Church beliefs
Previous experience as a Freedom Session Facilitator
Solid organizational and management capabilities Lead a supportive framework for participants while ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the Freedom Session program each year.
