Position: Human Resources Generalist Role
Elevate the HR function at Nature's Fare Markets as a Human Resources Generalist in Surrey, BC. This full-time, six-month contract emphasizes operational tasks, recruitment coordination, and employee relations.

In your role as Human Resources Generalist, you'll support the HR needs within Nature’s Fare Markets and Choices Markets through a hands-on approach. Collaborating with store managers and operational leaders, you’ll streamline HR functions, provide solid administrative support, and enhance employee experiences while ensuring compliance with HR practices. The role requires a proactive spirit and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide store and department leaders on employee issues

• Issue and maintain employment and onboarding documentation

• Coordinate recruitment and employee status changes

• Support HR reporting and benefit administration

• Assist with leave of absence tracking and processes

Requirements:

• Valid CPHR designation required

• At least 3 years of HR generalist experience

• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation

• Familiarity with relevant HR software

• Access to a vehicle for travel between locations
