Join Nature’s Fare Markets as a Human Resources Generalist on a 6-month contract in Surrey, BC. This in-person role combines HR administration with employee support.
At Nature’s Fare Markets, you will be integral to the HR team, providing broad generalist support predominantly for the Choices Markets portfolio. This full-time role demands strong administrative skills and the ability to navigate sensitive employee relations matters. Your proactive approach will help ensure the HR processes remain effective and caring during a period of significant change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise store managers on HR-related inquiries and processes
• Manage HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding efforts for new hires
• Track employee leaves and support return-to-work initiatives
• Assist leaders with employee relations and performance issues
Requirements:
• CPHR designation is required
• Minimum of 3 years in an HR generalist position
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment regulations
• Competent in Microsoft Office and HR reporting systems
• Full-time availability in Surrey, BC
